Each Beaver Riverbank was assigned a Leader or Parent Helper, and before we knew it some wonderful shelters had appeared. We used branches of different sizes; the gaps were filled with small twigs, leaves and moss. When the time was up, each Riverbank huddled in their shelter and were subjected to a rain-storm (well, a bottle of water poured over to see if they were water-proof with sound effects from everyone else present!). Nobody got too wet! So, if our Beavers get lost in a wood, they know how to keep dry and relatively safe! Well done guys. A big Thank You to Dawn and Barney for hosting our trip.
